Macipolisys

Trust grows when information is open.

This page sets out, in advance, exactly what we commit to disclosing in each category below and how it will be verified - so the commitment can be held to account from day one.

Membership

We will publish verified member counts, geography and active participation.

Elections

We will publish rules, turnout, aggregate results and independent audits.

Performance

We will publish the scoring formula, rankings, supporting evidence and change history.

Public concerns

We will publish volumes raised, response time, resolution rate and citizen satisfaction.

Finance

We will publish donations, income, expenditure and project-level funding.

Governance

We will publish decisions, conflict-of-interest disclosures, complaints and appeals.

Performance, explained

How the performance score will work

Before it is ever used to rank anyone, the scoring method itself will be published in full - the criteria, their weights and the evidence required - so it can be checked and challenged like everything else here.

Concerns handled

How many citizen concerns were responded to, how quickly, and whether they were resolved.

Verified activity

Attendance, tasks completed and initiatives contributed to, backed by evidence — not self-reported claims.

Community feedback

Structured input from members and citizens in the area a leader or volunteer represents.

Conduct and integrity

Adherence to the code of conduct, and any conflict-of-interest or disciplinary history.

The exact weighting between these criteria, and public evidence for every score, will be published here once MaciPolisys' verification systems are live — not applied quietly behind the scenes.

Two rankings, one informed choice

Leadership will not be decided by a single number. Member voting reflects who people choose to support. The performance score reflects verified, evidence-backed contribution. Both will stay visible side by side, so members can weigh them together rather than be told a single "winner."

Our disclosure commitment

As MaciPolisys launches, each category above will be filled with real, verifiable data — never estimates or unverified figures. Have a transparency question, or something you'd like to see published here? Contact us.
