Request Data Deletion

You can ask Macipolisys to delete some or all of your personal data without deleting your account, or you can delete your account entirely. Both options are described below.

1. Delete some or all of your data (keep your account)

In the Macipolisys app, open Profile → Manage my data, choose what you want removed and submit the request. You can ask for:

• Concerns you raised, including their photos and voice notes
• Employment applications
• Volunteer applications and interests
• Your profile photo
• Your email address
• Your location data
• All of the above, while keeping your account

Prefer email? Write to support@macipolisys.com from the address on your account (or tell us the mobile number you registered with) and say which data you want deleted. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

2. Delete your account

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, log in and open Delete Account. You can also do this in the app from your profile. This cannot be undone.

3. What happens next

We process verified requests within the timelines in our Privacy Policy. Some information may be kept where the law requires it, for example records we must retain for legal or security reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
