1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Macipolisys is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Macipolisys has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including the creation, uploading, sharing, solicitation, promotion, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

We prohibit any use of the Macipolisys application or services to facilitate, encourage, or participate in the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or endangerment of children.

2. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Macipolisys:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
  • Creating, uploading, storing, requesting, sharing, or distributing CSAM.
  • Sexual grooming or attempting to establish contact with a child for sexual purposes.
  • Sexual solicitation or exploitation of a child.
  • Sextortion or coercion involving a child.
  • Using the platform to facilitate the sexual trafficking or exploitation of children.
  • Requesting or encouraging sexually explicit images or material involving minors.
  • Sharing links, instructions, or other material intended to facilitate child sexual exploitation.
  • Attempting to evade or bypass Macipolisys safety measures relating to child protection.
  • Any other conduct involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of children.

3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Macipolisys strictly prohibits CSAM.

CSAM includes visual or other material that depicts or otherwise facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor.

If Macipolisys becomes aware of content or activity involving CSAM, we will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards, our internal procedures, applicable law, and relevant platform requirements.

Actions may include:

  • Removing or restricting access to prohibited content.
  • Suspending or terminating accounts involved in prohibited activity.
  • Preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required.
  • Investigating reports and available evidence.
  • Reporting confirmed or legally reportable activity to the appropriate authorities or organizations where required by applicable law.

4. User Reporting and Feedback

Users are encouraged to report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, CSAM, grooming, or other child-safety concerns.

Users can report concerns through the available in-app feedback/reporting mechanism or by contacting our designated child-safety contact using the information provided below.

Reports should include enough information for Macipolisys to identify and investigate the reported activity, where possible.

We encourage users not to redistribute or forward suspected CSAM. Instead, users should report the concern through the appropriate reporting channel.

5. Action on Reports

Macipolisys reviews child-safety reports and takes appropriate action based on the nature and credibility of the report.

Where a report indicates a potential violation of these standards, we may:

  1. Review the reported account, content, or activity.
  2. Restrict or remove violating content where appropriate.
  3. Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our child-safety standards.
  4. Preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required.
  5. Escalate matters to appropriate authorities or organizations when required by applicable law.
  6. Cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities.

We do not permit users to use Macipolisys to facilitate or conceal child sexual abuse or exploitation.

6. Account Enforcement

Violations of these Child Safety & CSAE Standards may result in immediate account restrictions, suspension, or termination.

Serious violations involving child sexual abuse or exploitation may result in permanent account termination and referral to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Attempts to circumvent an account restriction or create additional accounts to continue prohibited activity may also result in further enforcement action.

7. Child Safety by Design

Macipolisys is committed to maintaining reasonable measures designed to prevent and address child-safety risks.

Our approach includes:

  • Prohibiting CSAE and CSAM through our policies.
  • Providing a mechanism for users to report concerns.
  • Reviewing reports relating to child safety.
  • Taking appropriate action when violations are identified.
  • Restricting or terminating accounts involved in serious violations.
  • Cooperating with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

8. Compliance With Applicable Laws

Macipolisys is committed to complying with applicable child-safety, online-safety, privacy, and criminal laws and regulations applicable to our services and operations.

Where applicable law requires reporting, preservation, disclosure, or other action relating to suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, Macipolisys will follow the applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these standards limits our obligation to comply with applicable law or lawful requests from competent authorities.

9. Child Safety Point of Contact

Macipolisys has designated a point of contact for child-safety and CSAE-related matters.

The designated contact is responsible for receiving and coordinating responses to child-safety and CSAE-related concerns and communications.

For urgent situations involving an immediate threat to a child's safety, users should also contact their local law-enforcement or child-protection authorities.

In India, suspected child sexual abuse material can be reported to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in, helpline 1930). Children in danger can be helped through Childline 1098, and offences are covered by the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.

10. Cooperation With Authorities

Macipolisys will cooperate with appropriate law-enforcement and child-protection authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Where legally required, Macipolisys may provide relevant information or take other appropriate measures in response to lawful requests concerning child sexual abuse or exploitation.

11. No Tolerance for Child Exploitation

Macipolisys does not permit its application, services, communication features, or other platform functionality to be used for child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Any attempt to use Macipolisys for CSAE, CSAM distribution, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or related activity is strictly prohibited.

12. Updates to These Standards

Macipolisys may update these Child Safety & CSAE Standards when necessary to reflect changes in our services, safety practices, applicable laws, or platform requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable effective or update date.
