About Us macipolisys
The People are the High Command
MaciPolisys officially expands to “Manifesto for a Clear Indian Political System”. It places citizen participation, decentralised responsibility, transparent finance and measurable public service above personality-centred politics or closed leadership circles.

Our History
How did it begin?
In 2017, founder Madhaw Ciran visited a government hospital in Malavalli and directly encountered gaps in facilities, maintenance, staffing and administration.
His later political and electoral experience reinforced a central conviction: public enthusiasm alone is not enough, intent must be converted into organisation, information, performance and accountability.
Entrepreneurial successes and setbacks, political engagement in 2018, the 2023 election experience, and experiments in agriculture, employment, retail and community service shaped the movement's systems-oriented outlook.
Our Public Contract
A government that answers to its people.
Our commitment to transparent, measurable and people-led governance
Core message
Accountability Begins With The People. Measured Through Evidence. Authority Through The People.

"An open door to new possibilities, participation, and a better political future.."
The “i” in Macipolisys is designed as an open door, symbolising a gateway to new opportunities, meaningful participation, and a better future. It represents the idea that positive political change begins when people are given the opportunity to enter, participate, question, and shape the system.

Macipolisys Flag - Symbolism
The Macipolisys flag uses a deep navy blue field with the distinctive red-and-white “i” door symbol at its centre.
- Navy blue represents stability, responsibility, trust and institutional governance.
- Red represents action, energy and the willingness to create change.
- White doorway represents openness, transparency and access.
- Open-door "i" symbol represents a gateway to participation, new opportunities and a better political future.
- Central placement communicates that the system is built around a clear path for citizens to participate and shape governance.
“A flag for an open political system - where the door to change is open to everyone.”
