Community Action crosses 5,000 verified reports

The Community Action tracker, which lets citizens raise an issue in their area and follow its progress, has now logged over five thousand verified reports.

Each report moves through a verification step before it is escalated, and organisers say the average time from submission to first response has been falling steadily.
